Rima Omar
Receptionist
Rima is the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our team. A mother of three and proud cat owner, she brings warmth, empathy, and a deep sense of care to her role every day. With a background in Biomedical Science and studies in Psychology, she combines her scientific knowledge with a genuine interest in human behavior, making her naturally skilled in customer service.
Her love for connecting with people and being an active part of the community shines through in every interaction. Whether she’s greeting patients, answering questions, or guiding them through their journey with us, her goal is always to make them feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking for her family, and values time spent bringing joy to those around her. Her role goes far beyond the front desk—she helps create a positive, caring atmosphere that reflects the heart of our practice.
